Deductions may apply to students who do not fulfill their responsibilities and/or are unsuccessful.

Erasmus+ Special Needs Support
Students and staff with physical, mental or health related conditions can benefit from the support services that the receiving institution offers to its local students and staff. Additional funding could be available for participants with physical, mental or health-related conditions via the Erasmus+ special needs support. Erasmus+ grants may therefore be higher than the regular study, traineeship or staff grants to offset the specific difficulties faced by the participant (such as adapted accommodation, travel assistance, medical attendance, supportive equipment, adaption of learning material, an accompanying person for students and staff with disabilities). This additional support grant is a contribution based on real costs.

ERASMUS+ WITHOUT GRANT OPTION (Zero Grant Option)

Students can participate to the program without receiving the grant. Please keep in mind that they still need to go through the same application procedures and submit the required documents. Zero-grant students are not eligible for green travel grant.

GREEN TRAVEL GRANT

With the new Erasmus+ Program students are encouraged to use low emissions means of transport for the main part of the travel, such as bus, train, or carpooling. Students who will use these means of transport will receive a single contribution of 50 EUR as a top-up amount to the individual support and up to 4 days of extra grant to cover travel days for a return trip, if relevant.

At the end of the mobility, students are obliged to present documents (bus ticket, train ticket etc.) proving that the green travel has taken place.

INCLUSION SUPPORT (Additional Grant for Participants with Special Needs)

The grant is offered when disabilities or health conditions lead to additional mobility costs, which exceed the maximum grant allocations allowed and which cannot be recovered from other sources.

The grant covers approved actual costs.

Please contact Erasmus and Exchange Office for any questions.
